Today’s apple looks simple and unassuming, but trust me when I say that the combo of chewy caramel and crunchy granola can’t be beat. I used a homemade pumpkin spice granola, but your favorite store-bought variety would be wonderful as well. If you want extra granola too much on for breakfast try my easy homemade granola recipe.
As with all of the apples this week, I am not including measurements for the toppings as I want you to feel free to customize your apple as you please!
- ¼ cups Butter
- 1 cup White Syrup
- 14 ounces, fluid Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
- 2 cups White Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- granola (I used homemade pumpkin spice granola)
- white chocloate, melted
